Sixteen sections and everything around them. Tap any of them to read about it in the guide.
Each one works on its own and knows about the others: a task belongs to a project, the project to a goal, and the reports see all of it. Here is one line on each; the guide has the full story.
Decide what matters, then break it into work you can see.
What happens when, and what has to reach you on time.
The people you work with, and what you want to keep.
Money, rest and reading, and how it all really went.
Every section and every setting, explained with what to do first.
Connect Telegram with one tap, and reminders, meetings, due tasks and bills arrive as messages from our bot, in your language and on your time. E-mail and browser notifications work the same way, and you choose the channels for each kind of notification.

Everything the web app does, in an app for Android. Add, edit and tick things off with no signal at all; the changes sync by themselves when you are back online. Same account, same data, on your phone and your computer.
M1Planner is a personal planner that also runs a small team. Invite the people you work with, decide what each of them can do on each project, and hand out the work.

Name the parts of your life, such as work, home and health, and the few goals this season is about. Everything you add later hangs off them.
The day's tasks, habits, meetings and reminders on one page whose blocks you arrange yourself.
Sixteen sections is a lot to face on day one. Decide what you are aiming at, name the parts of your life, and everything you add after that has somewhere to belong.
Read the guideEvery new account starts with a free trial of the whole app. When it ends, pick the plan that suits you and pay in USDT.
When a subscription ends, nothing is deleted and everything stays viewable; only creating and editing new items needs an active subscription.
Yes. Every new account gets the whole app for a trial period, with no payment and no card. When it ends nothing is deleted; choose a plan to keep creating and editing.
Plans are paid in USDT on the BSC (BEP-20) network. You send the exact amount shown to our wallet and your plan switches on by itself within a minute. If you cannot pay in crypto, message support and we will arrange it another way.
Yes. Invite people by e-mail; each of them joins with their own account. On each project you decide what a person can do: viewer, member or manager, or exactly the permissions you pick. Assign tasks to teammates or to your contacts, and invite guests to meetings. Each person has their own subscription, and a new teammate starts with the same free trial.
Two calendars: Solar Hijri and Gregorian. And nine languages: English, Persian, Arabic, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Russian and Chinese, with right-to-left languages laid out right-to-left. The calendar is not just for display: the date picker, the calendar views and the reports are built on the one you choose, days off and holidays follow it too, and each person picks their own.
In M1Planner, open Settings › Notifications and tap “Connect Telegram”. Telegram opens our bot: press Start and you are connected. No chat ID, nothing to copy; on a computer, scan the QR code with your phone. From then on, whatever you route to Telegram arrives there — reminders, meetings, tasks, bills, goals, habits and a daily summary — in your language and on your own time zone. Tap Disconnect in Settings, or send /disconnect to the bot, to stop.
Every notification lands in the app’s own inbox, and can also reach you by browser push, e-mail or Telegram. Pick the channels separately for tasks, meetings, reminders, money, goals and habits, set how long before the due time a reminder fires, and add quiet hours or a daily digest if you like.
Yes. M1Planner runs in any modern browser, and installs like an app: on a phone, tap “Add to Home Screen” and it opens full-screen with its own icon. It updates itself, with no app store involved. In the browser it needs an internet connection to load your data; the Android app works offline too.
Yes, for Android 7.0 or later. It does everything the web app does and works fully offline: add, edit and tick things off with no connection, and the changes sync by themselves when you are back online. Reminders ring from the phone even without internet, and the app locks with your fingerprint or a PIN. For now you download it straight from our site; Google Play comes later. There is no iPhone app yet: on an iPhone, open M1Planner in Safari and add it to your Home Screen.
Yes, at any time. Most list screens download what they show as an Excel file, and Settings export your whole account as Excel, JSON or CSV, for the sections and dates you pick. Exporting works even after a subscription ends; importing a backup needs an active plan. Leaving is never a paid feature.
The app talks to the server over encrypted HTTPS and your password is stored hashed, so even we cannot read it. Every device signed in to your account is listed in Settings, and you can sign it out remotely.
Nothing is deleted. All your tasks, notes, reminders and transactions stay where they are, and you can sign in, view them and read them. Only creating and editing new items needs an active subscription.
