In the app
Open M1Planner and go to Settings › Security.
Under “Delete account”, read what will be deleted and tap “Send the code”.
Enter the six-digit code we email to your account’s address, and confirm.

Delete your account
You can delete your M1Planner account yourself, at any time, from the app or from this website. It takes a minute and a code sent to your email address.

Sign in on this website, open Settings › Security and follow the same steps. The button below takes you there.

Everything that belongs to the account:
Your tasks, projects, goals, habits, notes and files, meetings, reminders, contacts, finance records, books and sleep log.
Your profile, your email address and sign-in methods (password and Google), your settings, and every signed-in device.
Notification channels: push subscriptions and the Telegram link.
Your place in other people’s teams; what you shared with them stops being visible to them.
What we keep
Only what the law and fair use require: a record of each completed payment (plan, amount, date and the blockchain transaction it came from) without your name or email address, and a one-way fingerprint of your address that shows a free trial was already used, so it is not granted twice. Nothing else remains.
When
Immediately and permanently. There is no waiting period, and nothing can be restored afterwards, not even by support.
Your subscription
A running subscription or trial ends with the account, without a refund for the time left.
Before you delete
Download a copy of your data first: Settings › Export & import exports every section as a spreadsheet, a JSON file or a zip of CSV files.
Can’t sign in?
If you can no longer sign in, reset your password first, or write to support from your account’s email address and we will help.
